WineCommune's Holiday $200 a Week Giveaway Contest - Buy or Sell to Win!

From October 11th through December 31st, 2004, WineCommune will be giving away two $100 American Express Gift Checks (valid anywhere American Express traveler's check are accepted) each week. Entry is simple! Every bid or Buy It! placed during a week is an entry in the contest. There is no limit to the number of entries you make as long as your bid is legitimate. A random bid or Buy It! will be chosen and both the person who placed that bid or Buy It! and the seller of the item bid upon will each get a $100 gift check!

How do I Enter?

Entering is easy. Every bid you place or lot you buy with Buy It! will automatically enter you into the contest. Your bid must be legitimate, and you must honor your bid if you win the WineCommune lot. If you are a seller, you are entered every time some bids on your lots. You must be registered to bid or sell.

Each Monday, WineCommune will randomly select an entry from all of the bids (or Buy It!s) placed during the prior week. Both the bidder and the seller whose lot the bidder bid upon will each win at $100 American Express gift check.

How many times can I enter?

If you are a buyer, every bid you place is an entry, so the more bids you make, the more entries you are making. Your entries are valid for that week's contest only. Only bids and Buy It!s placed during the seven days prior to a drawing are valid for that drawing.

If you are a seller, you are entered when a bidder bids on your lot - the more bids you lots have the more entries you get! You win when the entry from a bid on your lot is selected. So post many lots and encourage bidding! Your entries are valid for that week's contest only. Only bids and Buy It!s placed during the seven days prior to a drawing are valid for that drawing.

Terms and Conditions:

• You must be registered with WineCommune to participate.



• One bid or Buy it! is an entry.



• There is no limit to the number of entries in any one 7 day period, but your bid must be valid, and if you win a WineCommune lot, you must honor your bid.



• Losing entries are not carried over into drawings.



• WineCommune will send the prize wine to the winner at no cost, but the winner must provide a valid shipping address.
• Eligibility for entry into this contest is at the sole discretion of WineCommune.com.



• You must be 21 years of age or older to enter.



• The contest is open only to residents of the United States.



• No entry is permitted where prohibited by law.



• Users who have won a prize from WineCommune.com within the past 90 days are not eligible to win again.



• Employees of WineCommune and their families are not eligible to win.



• There is no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
