Doesn't the Supreme Court ruling make it legal to ship wine anywhere?
Although the Supreme Court recently invalidated states laws that prohibited out of state shipping while permitting in state shipping, that has not opened up shipping to every state.
Each state has a reasonable time to bring their laws in compliance with the Court's ruling. States may regulate shipping by requiring a permit or ensuring sales tax is collected. States may actually choose to ban shipping altogether under the Court's ruling.
As states pass rules we will attempt to keep up and post what states we can ship to.
