How can I remove, delete or cancel a bid I placed?

Under normal circumstances, we cannot remove a bid without the seller's permission. Please contact the seller and ask him to contact WineCommune if it is OK to remove a bid.

Generally, we can only remove bids without a seller's permission in limited situations. Those include:

1. The seller changes the lot after you bid.
2. The lot description is vague or confusing (ie. it is not clear how many bottles the winner will get).
3. The seller agrees to let the bidder out of a bid.

If you have such a situation, you should contact us
 (http://www.winecommune.com/help/contactus.cfm) with the lot number and reason for retraction.
