When will you raise my maximum bid?
First, we will never exceed your maximum bid.
You place a bid equal to the maximum you are willing to pay for the wine. This is your maximum bid. We will be the lowest amount necessary to keep you the winner. We will raise your bid only if you are bid against, or, at the time you place your bid, there is another user with a maximum bid.
If a lot has a reserve price that has not been met, we will raise your bid to the LOWER of: the reserve price or your maximum bid.
