What do I do after the close of an auction?
When an auction closes the process is very simple. Both the seller and the highest bidder automatically recieve an email from the system.
Generally, it is the seller's responsibility to contact the buyer to work out the shipping terms and arrange for payment. You should decide what method of payment and shipping you prefer. The seller tells the buyer the total cost, including shipping.
The buyer is usually given 7-10 days to send the seller payment. Most sellers wait for personal checks to clear before sending the wine.
Thats it, the transaction is done.
