Why is the number of bids 5 but there are only 2 bidders?
There is a difference between number of bids and number of bidders. If a person raises their maxbid, even if it doesn't raise the bid level, that counts as a bid. Thus, if a bidder raised his maxbid, it raises the bid count even though it doesn't change the bid.
