What do I do if the winning bidder does not contact me or pay me?
First, we always recommend allowing 3 business days for the first contact. Many people only check their email once a day or don't check their email everyday.
If you are not contacted within 3 business days you use the Non Paying Buyer Wizard (http://www.winecommune.com/help/index.cfm/categoryID/4/messageID/83) to try and reach the buyer.
After which time you have every right to consider the lot stale and repost. If you do this please let me know the lot number(s) so credit for the commission can be credited back to your WineCommune account.
