More Information about the California ABC December 2008 Action
We have recently settled an investigation by the California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) into WineCommune.com.
As part of the settlement WineCommune's alcoholic beverages licenses have been suspended for 30 days beginning December 18th, 2008.
In addition, we will now require California residents selling wine on WineCommune.com to provide us with a copy of their California ABC license. The license must be of a type that grants the holder the right to sell wine in California.
