Another user gave me negative feedback that I did not deserve - how can I have it removed?
WineCommune does not remove feedback without the consent of the person who originally posted the feedback. We do not have the resources or ability to investigate these types of disputes to determine who was correct and is entitled to post feedback.
We do provide you a method to post a response to the persons feedback. From the Feedback (http://www.winecommune.com/myWC/index.cfm?r=4) section of myWC (http://www.winecommune.com/mywc/) you can post a statement that will appear next to the comment placed by the other user.
