Why can’t consumers in 37 states legally have wine delivered to them from wine retailers? It’s politics. Local and national interests that don’t want the competition have lobbied and spent millions to prevent it.

Specialty Wine Retailers Association (SWRA) is the only organization in the country working against these special interests to give consumers access to the wines they want and wine retailers the legal right to interact with wine lovers across state borders.
