The wine is stored under optimum conditions and cared for with great detail, but no guarantees can be made regarding the quality of the contents as wine continues to evolve in the bottle. Every measurable appearance is accurately described.
If weather is a concern, I can store your wine until you feel it is suitable for shipping, provided payment is made within 7 days of auction close.
By placing a bid, you represent that you are at least 21 years old. When wine is delivered, an adult signature is required to receive package, unless waived by you. Buyer assumes all risks associated with shipping wine once delivered to shipper. Please note that no common carrier will insure the shipment of wine from a private seller. However, every possible precaution is taken including HAND delivery to local UPS or FedEx location. Seller is acting only as a buyer's agent to arrange shipping and Title passes to buyer once carrier has accepted the package.
Payment is due within 5 business days of auction close or lot may be re-posted at seller's discretion. Please add a service & handling fee of $5 per lot plus actual cost of shipping. Buyers shipping account for shipping is accepted but handling fee is not waived due to time and expense associated with entire transaction including delivering to shipping location. Buyer pays for shipping container...1 bottle $4, 2 bottles $5, 3 bottles $6, 4 bottles $8, 5-6 bottles $10, and 12 bottles $12, Magnums, Double Mag's and 6 Ltr bottles are $10, $12 and $15 respectively.
