Incidentally, this wine earned 96 points from the Wine Spectator for the 2005, 2006, and 2007 vintages - plus - it earned 96 points from Parker for both the 2006 and 2007 vintages. Exceptional wine - exceptional opportunity. This bottle is in perfect condition and has been in possesion of the original owner and professionally cellared since it's acquisition. Blue fruits intermixed with black raspberries, black currants, blackberries, camphor, spring flowers, and a forest floor-like character contribute to the complex aromatics. Opaque purple-colored, full-bodied, and seamlessly constructed with superb integration of wood, tannin, alcohol, and acidity, this beauty will be even better with 5-7 years of bottle age, and should last 30 or more years.
