General Information

This lot will be a component of the Festa Primavera live auction benefiting the St. Helena Montessori School on April 16th, 2005, at The Culinary Institute of America in the heart of the Napa Valley.

The St. Helena Montessori School is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization serving families who live and work in the Napa Valley. In a loving, nurturing and secure environment, we offer an A.M.I. accredited Catholic Montessori School with a strong academic curriculum for primary and elementary students developing essential learning skills by encouraging a child's natural curiosity and love of knowledge. Our annual auction, Festa Primavera, celebrates over 24 years of providing a quality educational and religious program while pursuing academic excellence and modeling honesty, respect and service.

Festa Primavera, one of the finest wine auctions in the Napa Valley, offers a collector's dream of hard-to-find wines, coveted large format bottles, sought-after verticals, as well as rare vintages-many signed by the winemakers and ready to add to your cellar. A highlight this year, one lucky bidder will win the opportunity to take away a barrel of wine made just for them by well-known Napa Valley vintner Mark Aubert with grapes from David Abreu's Cappella Vineyard!

Charitable Deductions

The St. Helena Montessori School is a private, non-profit tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Therefore, winning bidders may be entitled to deduct a portion of the payments for auction lots as charitable contributions.

Due to the complex nature of charitable contributions, we suggest you consult a tax advisor to determine the actual deductible amount.

Terms and Conditions

The auction held by the St. Helena Montessori School is subject to certain Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Packaging and Shipping

All auction lots will be packaged and shipped utilizing our preferred provider, Stagecoach Express & Co. located in Napa, California. If you wish to receive a facsimile of packaging information and shipping charges, please make the request through our auction website (www.festanapavalley.org).

Absentee Bids

Any bids on this lot will be treated as absentee bids and may be exceeded during the live auction. You may place an absentee bid below. Only those bids placed on WineCommune.com that exceed the reserve price, if any, and are greater than any bids placed during the live portion of the auction will win.

By placing a bid, you are requesting the St. Helena Montessori School to enter a bid on this lot up to the hammer price stated. You understand that if your bid is successful, the Purchase Price payable will be the aggregate of the final bid as well as all packing and shipping charges.

You also understand that the St. Helena Montessori School provides this service of executing absentee bids as a convenience and that the St. Helena Montessori School will not be held responsible for failing to execute bids.

The St. Helena Montessori School reserves the right to sell select auction lots at a valuation less than the established reserve price.
