| Sampled 6/19/09. I think this Champagne has more bead per cubic centimeter than any other Champagne. It takes a while for it to calm down. A nice layering of citrus fruits and hint of apple in this well-done wine, but the flavors are still a bit too soft because the bubbles mute them. Give this wine a few more years rest and I think we`ll see the complexity come through better. |
