| Sampled 6/20/09. The wine took only about 30 minutes to fully open. Classic Brunello nose of red fruits with some dried flowers and earthiness. On the palate there were dried red fruits, a little red currant, some dried herbs and moss. The wine was very smooth. A very nice job, but the wine will not be a long term hold. It is probably best if consumed within the next 3 to 4 years. |
