  • Compare my prices to anyone else. I try to price 5% below the lowest retail on Wine-Searcher.com. I have been an avid wine drinker since falling in love with wine in 1990. I am not a wine dealer nor wine shop, just a wine drinker looking to sell and buy.
  • All wine is stored in temperature/humidity controlled "Koolspace" wine cellars. Wine is in excellent condition unless stated otherwise.
  • You must be at least 21 years old to order wine.
  • Wine is shipped in Styrofoam shippers (please re-use/recycle them).
  • I do not upcharge UPS charges nor charge for shippers nor do I charge for PayPal.
  • I recommend shipping UPS 2 day but provide ground, 3-day and next day prices for buyer to decide.
  • I ship on Mondays (from San Francisco) to avoid the wine sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. If payment is received by Saturday, it will ship on Monday.
  • I do not ship to the following states: Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Tennessee.
  • Shipping to business address is preferable.
  • Payment must be made within 10 days of sale or will be voidable at my option.
  • I accept personal checks, but I need 10 business days to clear before shipping wine.
  • Buyer represents that they are 21 years old and are responsible for shipping. Buyer assumes title in CA when payment is made and all risks of loss or damage thereafter are solely that of buyer; I will ship as buyer’s agent.
  • Every sale I make is made within California, and non-California residents are responsible for determining whether they may lawfully import alcoholic beverages into their state. I make no representation relative to your right to import wines or spirits into your state. Each state has its own rules regarding alcoholic beverages. You may want to check with the appropriate agency in your state or county.
  • I will arrange for shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address specified by the buyer, provided that I, in my sole judgment, believe that such shipment will not subject me to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. If a buyer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine by me violates the law, I suggest the buyer provide an alternative address in another state or have their wine shipped to a third-party storage facility in a direct shipping-friendly state.
