Manage Orders

To view your current orders select Open Orders from the Process Orders section of the Store Manager. You will see a list of your current orders.

To view the details of an order, select the link in the Status column - either New Order or Processing. You will be shown the complete details of the order including Buyer Information, Shipping Address, Billing Address, Payment Method and the items ordered.

From this detail screen you can set the status of any order to Processing or Shipped. Once you set the status of the order to Shipped the order will be moved to the Closed Orders section of the Store Manager. If you change the order status, the customer will see the new order status when they visit the MY ACCOUNT section of your store.
