Shipping Options

Setting your shipping options is a two step process:

First, select Shipping Calculations. You must choose whether you want to contact your customer after they place an order with the shipping calculations or whether you want the system to automatically calculate the shipping charges. If you have the system automatically calculate the shipping charges it will use the current rates for shipping methods that you choose such as UPS and Fedex or you can setup your own custom shipping rates.

Second, select Shipping Methods & Rates to select which shipping methods you use to ship products to customers. Customers will be able to choose their preferred shipping method when placing an order. You can create a custom rule to modify any of the predefined shipping methods by selecting Custom. Also, use Custom to add handling fees or other charges to all or a subset of orders.
