	2005 S.C. PANNELL SHIRAZ ROBERT PARKER The 2005 Shiraz is slightly muted compared to its siblings, but it is an impressively endowed, deep ruby/purple-hued, pure, seamless, impeccably well-made effort. It appears to have excellent potential, but I will reassess it once it is in bottle. 88-91 INTERNATIONAL WINE CELLAR, STEPHEN TANZER, JULY / AUGUST 2007 STEPHEN TANZER Inky violet. Highly perfumed boysenberry and blueberry aromas are enlivened by exotic floral pastille, vanilla and incense notes, plus a subtle hint of graphite. Suave and silky in texture, showing impressively pure dark berry and fresh cherry flavors on a midweight frame. Whatever tannins might be here are buried under an avalanche of pure, sweet fruit. Downright sexy shiraz, finishing sweet and long, with a persistent candied violet note. ( Josh Raynolds ) 93 PTS.
