On the palette the wine enters with soft velvet tannins and there are flavors of ripe fruit and spice. This wine is ripe with a bright acidity and good structure, and has an elegant silky sweet finish.(Blend: 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc , Aging 18 months, 80% new French, 20% once used )
