2004 La Conseillante Pomerol Red Blend
Condtion:
Cherry, raspberry and toasty oak on the rather Burgundian nose. Supple and fruity, with the sweetening influence of some toasty oak. Not as fat as the 2005 but this has lovely subtle flavor intensity. Finishes with firm-edged tannins and flavors of black cherry and spice. This will need five or six years of cellaring. ST
