2004 Hudelot Noellat Nuits St Georges aux Murgers Rouge
Condition:
A completely different aromatic expression as here there is a potent mix of red raspberry, cherry, earth and underbrush notes that precede precise and surprisingly fine and detailed flavors that are sweet and nicely balanced but clearly lack the complexity and sophistication of the Malconsorts. To be sure, this is a pretty and really quite attractive wine but it's not in the same league as the best from Vosne. BH
