2003 Niellon, Michel Chassagne Montrachet Chaumees Clos Truffiere Blanc Condition: Extremely ripe aromas of peach, pear, apple, apricot and hints of the exotic combine with unctuous, almost viscous full-bodied flavors that are almost oily though not cloying or heavy. This is one concentrated wine with just enough buffering acid to keep the balance in check. I would be inclined to drink this over the next 5 years as it risks becoming heavy with age. BH BH88 |
