This is a truly unique expression of the Pinot Noir grape. Grown in the limtestone and schist soils of Limoux, not too far from the Pyrenees, these grapes are grown at high-altitudes and farmed organically with the utmost care. This wine exhibits an intense minerality - most certainly because of the soils in which it is grown.
