The Chouvets have made wine at Domaine De Fontavin for eight generations. Right now Hèléne Chouvet, who is an educated oenologist, has been responsible for the work in the fields and the cellar, since 2001 she has been assisted by Agathe Lauziere who also has an education as an oenologist. These two fantastic women-winemakers craft a smooth, ripe, mineral-laden Cotes du Rhone for a great price.
