Anjoli is a blend of 40% Garnacha, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon., 10% Merlot and 10% Syrah.
The wine was aged for 16 months in 3rd and 4th fill French oak barrels.
Light ruby red. A lot of red fruits combined with exotic spices. Rich texture with a hint of sweetness, with fresh berries and notes of
smoke. On the finish it stays fruity while displaying a wide array of
spices. The Anjoli is more easily approachable as a young wine than the Terra
d'Hom and Coma d'en Romeu. The wine is soft and displays great elegance. |
