The Joven is made from the youngest vineyards in the property, aged
between 20 and 40 years old. It is also the best selling wine in Bierzo.
It is vinified and fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for four
months in used 6 000 liters wooden barrels. The total production of this
wine is 300 000 bottles.
Purple with some hints of violet. Red berries, raspberry and other red berries. Soft on the palate with a pleasing smooth finish. This wine is great to pair with Coq au vin or similar dishes. |
