Sauvignon
Blanc grapes are grown in the estate vineyards across a total of 47
vineyards blocks. Warm days and cool nights contribute to long, even
ripening. Sauvignon Blanc vines are trellised with an interior tunnel
to increase airflow so that the grapes don’t overheat and retain
freshness, aromatics and flavor. The wine is fermented in stainless
steel.
