Casa de la Ermita was founded in 1999. The vineyards are located in El carche in a mountain range at about 700 meters above sea level. This wine is a blend of Monastrell and Granacha that are vinified separately and processed in a gravity flow winery. “It presents a good body, unctuous, almost glycerinic, appetising, broad, with pleasing floral sensations and an elegant bitterness at the finish which renders it structure and elegance.
