This is a wonderful wine made from the black skin grape Monastrell,
which in some countries is called Mouvedre. The "Wine Advocate scored
this one an 88.
This is a medium bodied dark red wine with luscious fruit coming
across strong with abundant flavors of blueberry, blackberry, and dark
cherry. The fruit fills up your mouth and has a pleasing finish of mild
tannins and long lasting fruit. This is a great choice for lamb or any
grilled chops, but you will love it with lasagna! |
