| A classic Waipara Valley Pinot Gris, intensely aromatic, this wine bursts with flavors of fresh figs and guava, with hints of rosewater, fresh ginger and quince. The palate is off-dry, intensely persistent, with soft acid and a typical 'greasy', textural mouthfeel. The sketch on the label by Christchurch architect Huia Reriti is of the Glenmark church, an historic building which is visible through the trees from our vineyard.
