| "Bright medium ruby. Blackberry and violet aromas, with an oaky overlay. Dense and sweet, with nicely integrated acidity giving the wine good energy in the mouth. Round, broad flavors of black raspberry, bitter cherry, licorice, chocolate and tree bark, with an intriguing saline nuance. Relies as much on its firm acids as on its fine tannins for structure.
