Winemaker's comments: "This is a complex, full bodied and sweeter style of Pinot Gris. Some residual sugar has been retained to balance the wine and provide richness and mouthfeel. The aromas and flavours are in the ripe pear and pineapple spectrum, with hints of spice and honey. Although delicious as a young wine, further complexity and richness will be gained with cellaring. This is our best Pinot Gris yet under our Esk Valley Estate Black Label."
