| "Brilliant pale crimson; typically delicious red fruit aromas and flavours; early picking and 6-week cold fermentation has overridden vintage threat. Screwcap. 13º alc. Rating 94. Drink 2009. Date Tasted Jun 08." James Halliday's Australian Wine Companion.
By Josh Raynolds Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar, Sep/Oct 08 "($23; a blend of grenache, cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and pinot meunier) Vivid, pale red. Spicy raspberry and blood orange aromas are complicated by suave baking spices and pungent flowers. Broad, sappy red berry flavors pack serious punch and are firmed by refreshingly bitter citrus peel and a tangy white pepper note. A serious, concentrated pink wine that would work beautifully with grilled birds. 90 points."
