Greenock Creek Grenache 'Cornerstone' 2001 -RP 91 pts 750ml

$59.99
2 available

From 62-year old vines, the dense purple-colored 2001 Grenache Cornerstone (produced from yields of 1.5 tons of fruit per acre) offers up gorgeously sweet aromas of Provencal herbs, freshly ground pepper, and jammy black cherries as well as currants. Deep, fleshy, and full-bodied, it is both a hedonistic and intellectual turn on. Drink it over the next 5-7 years.

--Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate, August 2003.
