Coriole Cabernet-Merlot 'Mary Kathleen Reserve' 1995 --James Halliday 92 pts 750ml

$49.99
4 available

Medium red-purple; a smooth but powerful bouquet with classic dusty cabernet fruit is somewhat unexpectedly followed by a remarkably sweet and luscious palate with masses of dark chocolate and blackberry fruit surrounded by soft, lingering tannins. --James Halliday, January 1, 1998.

Earthy, gamy notes add a little extra personality to the basic currant and plum flavors, finishing with a solid feel of firm tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Best from 2000 through 2005. 500 cases made. (HS) --The Wine Spectator, May 31, 1998.
