Shipping and Terms

1. Please note that shipping and handling charges are subject to change. You will be notified if there are any such changes.

2. Every possible effort is made to accurately convey the prices of our wines on our website. Five Corner Wine is not responsible for any typographical errors on the website. If there is any discrepancy between the price of a wine on our website and in our retail location, the price listed in the retail location will prevail. You will be notified prior to being charged if any such discrepancies arise.

3. We can not ship to the following sates: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee,  Utah, West Virginia (some exceptions), and Wisconsin.

4. By placing an order, you acknowledge our Terms and Conditions:

“Five Corner Wine” makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside the state of Connecticut. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing an order with us, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. State laws mandate alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom the delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your order is delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required by the common carrier to show identification proving that they are at least 21 years old.

Wines sold are subject to Connecticut sales tax. Title of the wine passes to the buyer in Connecticut State at the time of purchase. Be advised that liquor laws, regulations and tax requirements are different in every state. Buyers are reminded that they are responsible for determining whether they may import wines into their states without being in violation of state local laws or regulations. “Five Corner Wine” shall not assume responsibility for this diligence on the buyer’s part.
