If agree to join our private wine sales newsletter, we add your email address and your name to our secure email list server, which is managed by an outside email marketing list hosting company. The server that stores our newsletter membership list and message content is, to the best of our knowledge, secure and private, but its ultimate security is not within the control of Echelonwines.

If you purchase wine that we offer for sale, we ask for your billing and shipping addresses, your credit card information, and other information necessary to deliver your order. We store this information on a secure server, and only grant access to employees of Echelonwines who have a specific job requirement for it.

Sharing or selling your information

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to people or companies outside of Echelonwines, except for shipping services that require your address in order to deliver your wine.

In particular, we do not share, sell, or rent your email address to other companies for marketing or any other purpose.

How you can update your information

If any of your contact information or credit card information changes, please let us know. Once we have your new information, we'll make the necessary changes to your account.
